Dragonfly Kids aims to provide you with products that are of the highest quality. But if for any reason you are unhappy with the items you receive, they can be exchanged or returned for a store credit within 14 days of purchase. 

 

If you change your mind or the item does not suit or fit, we will offer you an exchange or store credit, but please note we do not offer refunds unless item is faulty.

 

Returning online orders:

For shipped orders, please email us hello@dragonflykids.com.au within 3 days of your order being delivered, so that we can authorise your return. Once authorised you will be asked to post your goods back within 3 days. All return postage charges will be at your expense. Please choose a tracked service as proof of return.

For instore collection orders, you can exchange the item instore within 14 days of order fulfilment, or contact us via email  hello@dragonflykids.com.au  within 3 days of your order being fulfilled, so that we can authorise your return via post

Store credits will be issued once items have been returned in original condition. Normal shipping charges or free shipping thresholds apply to orders made with the store credit. If you return your item in store your store credit will only be valid in store. If you return it via post the store credit will only be valid online.

Returning In store Purchases

If you have shopped in store, you can return for an exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days we may not be able to assist you.

We will require proof of purchase to assist.

Faulty and Damaged Products


If something has arrived to you damaged or faulty – please email us hello@dragonflykids.com.au  within 3 days. Please include photos, and any details which may help us resolve it for you as quickly as possible.

 

Return Conditions:

·         Returned items must be in original condition, unworn and with all tags and packaging attached.

·         Seasonal items for Christmas and Easter can not be returned

·         For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on pacifiers, teething toys and swimmers.

·         Sale items are also final and not eligible for exchange or store credit.

·         Custom Orders are not eligible for exchange or store credit

·         We cannot cancel or alter your order after checkout for any reason, that includes but not limited to - change of mind, fail to apply a code, incorrect details. Please look over everything carefully prior to confirming and checking out.
