Shipping Charges

We have flat rate standard postage of $11.95 Australia wide and free for orders over $200 excluding bulky items. Express post is available at additional charge. Bulky items will be charged a $30/$40 depending on delivery location.

Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Orders are sent with  Australia Post or Aramax

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages
If you received your order damaged, please contact us within 24 hours and send pictures of the damage to dragonflykids@live.com. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods. A claim will need to be lodged so evidence is essential for a replacement or refund.
