The Spencil Big Kids Backpack sports 5 zipped compartments, the two largest with double-zip closure. The largest pocket is big enough to fit their Spencil lunch bag and boxes, books, sport shoes and other bulkier items. Inside this pocket is an inner padded space with elasticated Velcro fastener to hold a laptop or tablet in place.
The second pocket is also big enough to carry their lunch bag plus spare clothes or books, shoes or folders. The third biggest pocket is super handy on the front of the bag for easy access items and a lobster clip for attaching coin pouches and wallets.
The backpack has an outer water bottle outer pocket for quick access plus a zip-close side-access pocket the perfect size for a phone and D-loop. DUE TO ACCIDENTAL ORDER OR CHANGE OF MINDWe offer refunds and/or exchanges, providing a request for return is received within 30 days of your order being delivered. Your item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
The return shipping costs will be the responsibility of you, the customer. For domestic orders (AUS & USA) a prepaid shipping label can be provided, with the associated costs being deducted from the refunded amount. International (Asia) returns will need to be arranged by the customer, and will require a tracking number.
Any refund or exchange will only be issued once the original item has been shipped back to us.
DUE TO DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEM
In the unlikely event you receive a defective or damaged item, we offer you the choice of a full refund or a replacement. We will cover all return shipping costs.
